Comprehensive Safety Systems

The Rein-R Lab Autoclave prioritizes operator safety with a comprehensive lock and protection suite:

Door Safety Interlock: The program cannot start unless the door is locked. Conversely, if internal pressure exists or power is disconnected, the door opening mechanism remains locked.
Cooling Lock: Prevents the door from opening if liquid exceeds safe temperatures, avoiding splash risks or burst bottles.
Double Anti-Dry Protection: A water level monitoring system and an anti-dry thermostat automatically cut off heating and alarm in case of water lack.
Over-Temperature & Pressure: The system cuts power if temperatures exceed limits and automatically releases pressure via a safety valve if safe levels are breached.
Electronic Safety: Includes AC main circuit safety protection and over-voltage overload protection.
